We assume full responsibility for all accounting and fiscal aspects of operating your community association, delivered with precision and transparency.

Full-Scope Accounting and Financial Services

Your association benefits from a dedicated team of bookkeepers and accounting professionals working completely off-site to manage every aspect of your financial health.

Our Core Accounting Tasks and Roles Include:

Accounts Receivable (A/R): Processing all owner payments, tracking assessment income, and managing coupons/payment methods.

Accounts Payable (A/P): Processing and paying all vendor invoices accurately and on time, including 1099 tracking and vendor setup.

Financial Reporting: Preparing and distributing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and budget vs. actual reports.

Budgeting Support: Assisting the Board with annual budget preparation and financial modeling.

Collections: Overseeing and administering the established collections process, including generating late notices and coordinating with the association's legal counsel on lien/foreclosure actions.

Bank Reconciliation: Performing monthly reconciliation of all association operating and reserve bank accounts.

Audit Preparation: Serving as the primary contact and resource for the association's independent auditor or reviewer.

Payroll & Taxes: Handling association payroll processing (if applicable) and assisting with tax filing preparation.

Inquiry Submission: Requests and financial inquiries can be submitted through the portal after hours. Our team is highly efficient at responding to all inquiries promptly.

Dedicated Availability and Meetings

Though our service is accounting-focused, we ensure key communication channels are always open:

Availability: Our accounting team is available to your association between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM to answer all financial inquiries in person (by appointment), over the phone, or via email.

Scheduled Meetings: We will schedule and attend key financial discussions, including Quarterly Financial Review Meetings with the Board, Annual Budget Meetings, and any other necessary inquiry meetings regarding the association's financials.
