Terms and Conditions for Free 30-Minute Consultation
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your consultation
1. General Agreement
By booking a Free 30-Minute General Consultation (the "Consultation") with CamWise Association Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Consultation is offered solely to provide preliminary information and explore potential service needs; it does not establish a client relationship.
2. Nature and Scope of the Consultation
Duration and Cost: The Consultation is strictly limited to thirty (30) minutes and is offered at no charge.
Purpose: The Consultation is for general informational purposes only and is intended to help CamWise Association Management assess the client's needs and determine which, if any, of our services may be suitable.
No Advice Provided: No specific tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice is given or implied during the Consultation. Information shared by CamWise Association Management should not be relied upon as professional advice. A formal client relationship, where specific advice is rendered, is only established upon the signing of a separate, formal Engagement Letter and payment of any required fees.
Time Limit: Due to the time constraints, we may be unable to review complex documents or detailed financial records during this introductory period.
3. Limitation of Liability
CamWise Association Management shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from any action taken or not taken based on the general information provided during this free Consultation.
No Warranty: We make no express or implied warranty or representation regarding the outcome of any potential matter discussed.
Client Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for any decisions made or actions taken concerning your tax, legal, financial, or association management matters following the Consultation.
Independent Advice: You are strongly advised to seek advice from a licensed attorney, CPA, or other qualified professional before acting on any general information discussed.
4. Privacy Policy and Confidentiality
Your Privacy is Important to Us.
Information Collection: We collect your name, email address, phone number, and brief description of your needs solely for the purpose of scheduling and conducting the Consultation.
Confidentiality: We agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information you share during the Consultation, provided that the information is not publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.
No Privilege: Please note that, until a formal Engagement Letter is executed, the communications during this Consultation do not constitute privileged communications (such as Attorney-Client Privilege).
Data Usage: Your data will not be sold to third parties. We may use your contact information to follow up regarding potential services unless you explicitly request us not to do so.
5. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
CamWise Association Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate the Consultation at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to, if the topic falls outside our expertise or if the client is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
